BESPOKE WORKOUTS WITH DETAILED VIDEO INSTRUCTIONS

Personalized Workout Design: Custom 30-60-minute workouts each month, specifically created based on your current health, fitness levels, and past injuries or surgeries.

In-depth Initial Consultation: Includes a thorough discussion of your health history, movement assessments, and detailed goal setting, either in-person or via video conferencing.

Regular, Structured Check-Ins: Stay connected and on track with weekly or bi-weekly check-ins, through video conferencing, email, or text messages, ensuring constant support and accountability.

Flexible Workout Environment: Custom workouts that are adaptable for both home and gym settings, offering you the convenience to train wherever you prefer.

Focused Progress Evaluation: After each month, undergo a post-evaluation to measure your successes and accomplishments, and to set new goals based on your adherence and progress.

Safety and Adaptation: Special attention to any past injuries/surgeries, with workouts tailored to avoid any risks and enhance recovery, ensuring you train within a safe and effective regime.

Enhanced Engagement: Requires completion of a health questionnaire and clearance from any prior/recent injuries from a Physical Therapist, ensuring the plan’s suitability and safety for your specific needs.

My promise to you: safety and comfort first. 

"No Pain, No Gain" doesn't apply here. I believe in challenging you, not hurting you. If any exercise in your DIY plan causes pain, please let me know immediately. I'll provide an alternative exercise to ensure your comfort and safety.

Understanding the Difference: It's normal to feel soreness for 24 to 72 hours after a workout, a sign of your muscles getting stronger. However, pain during an exercise is a red flag and should be addressed right away.

​

Evolving Your Training: Should you experience discomfort regularly with the DIY workouts, I'll recommend transitioning to the DIY Premier Plan. This switch allows me to offer you a more personalized, safer training experience, tailored to your body's needs.
